Industry standard card for a Mac Pro to use with FCP to convert (log & capture) composite video & analog audio?

Looking for a card that plugs into a Mac Pro bay (motherboard) that will work well with Final Cut Pro to convert (log and capture) composite video, component video, and stereo analog audio to digital. I do not want something external to the computer. Google hasn't been much help here.|||You can try Blackmagic Video Card. It is industry standard.
