Suggestions for a cheap video card I can use to output 1080 x 1920 res. to an HDTV monitor via component out?

Hoping to stay in the $30-60 range if possible. Can be an AGP, PCI-express, or PCI card. Want to use our aging HDTV as a HTPC with a wireless keyboard and mouse and it only has component input for HD (no HDMI, no DVI, not even VGA) Thanks.|||**Update **

This 4650 has dual video outputs, and it's only $56

I don't know of any video cards with native component out, although DVI to component adapters are easy to find, some cards come with them. If you need to buy one separately, they're around $10.

I'd think something inexpensive like a Radeon HD4550 would work. Even an older HD2400 should be fine.
