Who made my video card?

Bought a "ATI Radeon 9000 PCI 64M" video card off ebay, a brand new one, but have since found out that it is made with some ATI components and is not actually made by them, just "powered by ATI" , ATI's site doesn't provide drivers for non-ATI cards and doesn't tell me where to get the drivers from. I've tried installing with different ATI drivers but each time my PC crashes the screen goes blank and I'm drawing blood from banging my head against the desk. So, first of all it might be useful to know who it was manufactured by, maybe then I can get the right drivers. I've tried hardware detection software and all it does is report back what drivers I have/had installed, not what the actual card is. Is there any solution? Please help, thanks.|||Download and install SIW, Belarc, or Everest 1.51. They will tell you what hardware is onboard.
