What happens/ can I run a PC game with a below minimum video card?

i'm really not a big PC gamer so i don't own a PC gaming rig, but instead use a Dell Studio 14 laptop that's pretty much all stock components. if anything i might give StarCraft 2 a try, but systemrequirementslab.com says i pass everything pretty handily, except for my video card. it says:

the minimum for SC2 is "128 MB PCIe NVIDIA® GeForce® 6600 GT or ATI Radeon® 9800 PRO video card or better" and I have a "Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator HD (Core i3)"

Features: Minimum attributes of your Video Card

Required / You Have

Video RAM - 128 MB / 1.2 GB

Hardware T&L - Yes / Yes

Pixel Shader version - 2.0 / 4.0

Vertex Shader version - 2.0 / 4.0

i was just wondering if i could I run a SC2 with a below minimum video card? could i still run it smoothly with everything turned down?

thanks|||I have no idea why canyourunit thinks that SC2 requires SM4, while the minimum requirements call for SM3.

Either way, you will not be able to run the game at all with that video card. Even though you can run a game with a PC that is below the minimum requirements if it is just the performance that causes it to be below the requirements, your video card does not support SM3, which is REQUIRED for the game to run.

In order to actually get the game playing at all, you will need to upgrade the video card!

I hope this helps!
