If my video card and power supply problem?

my video card requires 12v@18A....but can i buy this power supply: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371010#spec



or... +3.3V@24A,+5V@24A,+12V1@19A,+12V2@19A,

+12V3@19A,-12V@0.8A,+5VSB@3.0A



now i checked if it can handle all of my other components and it can...and that is the only problem that i run into. so is it safe to go with this one or should i go with one that has 12V@18A.... o can u explain me the difference of 12V@18A and 12V@19A.. plz thanks|||+12V1@19A will work fine, it just allows more power to be utilized.
