Will buying a new Motherboard, Processor and Video card invalidate my copy of Windows Vista OEM?

I have read that too many new components is regarded as a new computer and will not allow me to use my OEM copy of Windows Vista. however I have only read rumors about this and have not seen it confirmed anywhere, Thanks.|||heres the real answer. as was with windows XP, it gets mad when you replace the processor. however, if it gives you a problem when you try to install it, just explain to microsoft what you did, and they will issue a new serial for you.|||No
