Does my intergrated video card support TV-OUT?

Greetings and good day(or evening)

I really want to play MAME on my standard definition television set ('cause it's a nice big screen, compared to my laptop's monitor). Through the wonders of Google, I've managed to find numerous components that appear to simply attach on to my laptops exposed VGA output...but all the customer reviews on Amazon warn that only certain video cards feature a function know as TV-OUT, which is required. I'm running a dinky ATI Radeon Xpress series integrated card on my laptop...What are the chances of this card being functional sound for my intentions?

Much thanks in advance, I'm too literate with computers : (|||If your system is: ATI Radeon™ Xpress 200 for AMD Processors.

Then yes it does support TV-Out, but you can not have the laptop screen and the TV out put at the same time.

Supports DVI, DFP, and VESA P&D digital interfaces: so you would have to see what type of compatible connection you have on your TV.|||is there a S-video out plug on it if not you will need to upgrade
