Is there a video card that exists that has component video input? (red, green, blue) ?

We are trying to enable recording HDTV at my work.|||I believe you're looking for a video capture card or a tuner card. Try a search online somewhere like TigerDirect or NewEgg and you'll find several that record HDTV.
